DREFIXIT LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026

Information about how we handle personal data and how to contact us about your privacy.

1. Who we are

DREFIXIT LLC ("DREFIXIT," "we," "us," or "our") provides IT support, networking, cloud, infrastructure, and related technology services. Our website is www.drefixit.com.

This policy explains how we handle personal information through our website, business communications, and interactions with customers and prospective customers. Information we process within a client's systems on that client's behalf is also governed by the applicable service agreement and the client's instructions.

2. Information we collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us:

Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information through a general inquiry form or ordinary email. Contact us to arrange an appropriate method when such information is necessary for a service.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, deliver and support services, manage customer relationships and billing, operate and protect our website, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We also use business contact information to communicate about DREFIXIT services, and website information to understand visits and measure advertising performance, subject to applicable requirements and your choices.

4. Cookies and Google advertising

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Our website uses Google advertising technology, including the Google tag. Depending on settings and the features in use, Google may receive information such as your IP address, page URL, device information, and interactions, and may set or read cookies or similar identifiers.

These technologies support advertising measurement. Where personalized advertising is enabled, Google and other participating advertising providers may use information about visits over time and across websites to show relevant ads, including DREFIXIT ads on other websites.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings and manage Google advertising preferences through Google Ads Settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website functions. Turning off personalized ads does not necessarily stop all measurement or all advertising.

Read how Google processes personal information and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

The website does not currently have a dedicated response to browser "Do Not Track" signals. These signals are different from legally recognized privacy opt-out signals. Where applicable law gives you additional choices, you may exercise them as described below.

5. When we share information

We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, business email, communications, billing, security, or technical service delivery, and with contractors involved in your requested work. Google receives information through the advertising technology described above.

We may also disclose information at your direction, to comply with a legal obligation or lawful request, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale. Any such transfer remains subject to applicable privacy requirements.

Advertising-related disclosures may be treated as "sharing," "sale," or targeted advertising under some privacy laws even where no money is exchanged. Any applicable opt-out rights are described below.

6. Marketing communications

We may send messages about DREFIXIT services where permitted by law. You can stop promotional emails by using the unsubscribe instructions in a message or emailing mail@drefixit.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.

We keep the information needed to respect your opt-out. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary service, billing, security, or other non-promotional communications.

7. Third-party links and embedded content

Our website links to third-party services, including WhatsApp and remote-support tools. If you follow a link or interact with embedded content, the provider may collect information under its own privacy policy. Embedded content, when present, may collect information as though you visited the provider's website, including through cookies or an account you are signed into.

8. Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy. Retention depends on the service relationship, the type of record, legal and accounting requirements, security needs, and the resolution of disputes. Unsubscribe records may be retained to avoid contacting you again.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a breach triggers notification obligations, we will provide the notices required by applicable law.

Information may be processed in the United States and in locations where our service providers operate. Privacy laws may differ between locations; applicable transfer requirements still apply.

9. Your privacy choices and requests

You can contact mail@drefixit.com to ask about information we hold about you or request access, correction, or deletion.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply to DREFIXIT, you may also have rights to a copy of your information, to withdraw consent, to restrict or object to certain processing, or to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Where provided by law, you may use an authorized agent or appeal a denied request by contacting us.

We may need to verify your identity and the authority of a representative. Some information must be retained for legal, accounting, security, or other permitted reasons. We will handle requests within applicable legal time limits and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10. Children's privacy

Our website and business services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information through the website. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.
